Description :

Mr. Troncoso is the spearhead of R&D has demonstrated an innovative and creative mind ever since he had access to computer at the age of 13. From small websites to full-scale desktop applications, Mr. Troncoso has been constantly honing his software system design skills at the enterprise level. The first significant challenge Mr. Troncoso has embarked is the Hydronium project. In essence, it is mainframe software dedicated to stormwater management for municipalities. It provides key information to drainage engineers to make informed decision regarding placement and application of drainage systems and BMP’s. The software has been used in the Los Angeles World Airport Automated People Mover (LAWA-APM) project and the Interstate 15 Freeway (I-15) projects and has demonstrated a drastic change in design turnover. Subsequently, Mr. Troncoso suggested to research potential innovative solutions pertaining to the renewable energy industry after completing a college course related to the future of Electrical Engineering and speaking with Andy and Adrian regarding these new developments. Mr. Troncoso suggested that there must be a residential application of a solar tracker and a business model encompassing that application. However, all the solutions attempted by other firms noticed issues and faced many challenges that did not allow the expansion of their market share which stifled their growth. Andy then later shared a conceptual sketch that later became a fully-fledged project with an initial team of 3 electrical engineers. Under Mr. Troncoso leadership, the design team accomplished a production ready prototype within 10 months since the formation of the group. Also, he has taken the Engineering In Training (EIT) exam and was certified on 11th day of February with the No. 176025. He also passed the Professional Engineering (P.E.) Electrical Exam on the 26th day of October and is waiting for certification.

Description :

Mr. Chakholski is a key asset to R&D because of his diligence, effective problem-solving skills, and applied knowledge. He has led electrician teams to service a variety of multi-million-dollar factory equipment and machines. Under his leadership, his team executed a procedure to connect a transformer to the factory’s load center through a delta-wye connection. He performed the calculations and planning necessary to receive approval from local authorities to ensure public safety and proper application of National Electrical Codes (NEC). Using his background on high-power work, he channeled these experiences into R&D where it has become vital in the planning, verification, and prototyping of products. This includes working with local city inspectors to approve installations and modifying design requirements to meet compliance with nationally recognized accrediting agencies such as Underwriters Laboratory (UL).
